§1. General Provisions

  1. The data administrator is “DUBIŃSKI” Radosław Dubiński with headquarters at Gdańska street 32, 83-110 Tczew. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the generally applicable law, and its storage takes place on secured servers.
  2. To interpret terms, a glossary of the Regulations is used or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it results directly from the description).
  3. For the purposes of better comprehension of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced with the term “You”, “Administrator” – “We”. The term “’GDPR’ – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC.
  4. The personal data provided in the form on the site is treated confidentially and is not visible to unauthorized persons.

§2. Data Administrator

  1. The service provider is the data administrator of their clients. It means that if you have sent a request via the contact form, we process your data in the following order: name, last name, e-mail address.
  2. Personal data is processed:
    1. in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data,
    2. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
    3. for the purpose and scope necessary to establish, shape the contents of the Agreement, change or resolve it and properly implement the Services provided electronically,
  3. Each data subject (if we are their administrator) has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body.
  4. Contact with the person supervising the processing of personal data in the organization of the Service Provider is possible by electronic means, using the following e-mail address: michal@radidoors.co.uk.
  5. We reserve the right to process your data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of your consent only in the scope of the need to redress action in court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain the data.
  6. The Service Provider has the right to share personal data of the User and their other data with authorized bodies based on the relevant legal regulations (e.g. law enforcement authorities).
  7. The removal of personal data may take place as a result of the withdrawal of consent or filing a legally admissible objection to the processing of personal data.
  8. The Service Provider does not share personal data with bodies other than those authorized based on the relevant legal regulations.
  9. Personal data is processed only by bodies authorized by us or by the processor with whom we cooperate closely.

§3. Cookies

  1. The website radidoors.co.uk uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the browser computer software. When the browser reconnects with the site, the site recognizes the type of device to which the user connects. Parameters allow reading information contained in them only to the server that created them. Cookies therefore facilitate the usage of the previously visited websites. Collected information relates to the IP address, type of the used browser, language, type of operating system, Internet service provider, time and date, location and information sent to the website via the contact form.
  2. The collected data is used to monitor and check how users use our sites in order to improve the functioning of the website, providing more effective and problem-free navigation. We monitor user’s information using the Google Analytics tool that records user’s behavior on the site. Cookies identify the user, which allows the content of the website that they use to be adapted to their needs. By remembering their preferences, it is possible to match advertisements addressed to them. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of convenience of our website, and the collected data is used only within the company “DUBIŃSKI” Radosław Dubiński in order to optimize activities.
  3. Our website uses the following cookies:
    1. “essential” cookies, enabling the use of the services available within the Service, for example, authentication cookies used for services that require authentication through the Service;
    2. cookies used for safety purposes, for example cookies used for detecting abuses related to authentication within the Website;

Additional personal data, such as an e-mail address, is collected only in places where the user actively consented to it by completing the form. The data above is retained and used only for the needs necessary for particular service.
